Privacy Policy

The short version

Your check-ins, notes and history are stored only on your device. TinniTime has no server, no account system, and no way to read your entries. We couldn't sell your data if we wanted to — we never have it.

Who we are

TinniTime is operated by Sever Dayan. Contact: support@severdayan.com. This policy covers the TinniTime mobile app and this website.

What stays on your device

This data is included in your own device backups (iCloud/Google) under your control, and you can export or delete it at any time from Settings.

What we collect (only if you opt in)

Analytics are off by default. If you turn on "Share anonymous usage stats", we receive anonymous event names (for example, "check-in completed") with a random identifier — never the content of your entries, never your name or email, and never advertising identifiers. Analytics are processed by PostHog on EU servers. You can turn this off at any time.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, which manages entitlements using anonymous identifiers. We do not receive your payment details.

Crash reports

The app may send technical crash reports (via Sentry) that describe what the software was doing when it failed. These are scrubbed of user content.

Consumer health data (Washington State and similar laws)

Because TinniTime relates to wellbeing, some laws classify any data from it as consumer health data. Our position is simple: we do not collect, share, or sell consumer health data. Your entries stay on your device. The only data leaving your device is the optional, anonymous analytics described above, which contains no health information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the UK/EU, CCPA in California, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data. Since your data lives on your device, these controls are directly in your hands: Settings → Export my data, or delete the app to delete everything. For anything about analytics data, contact us and we will help.

Children

TinniTime is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted in the app.
